Project: Sermon Series Graphics

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege to work with some fantastic pastors and teachers. Here is a selection of some of my favourite sermon series graphics.
Many of these were developed in other forms of design including handouts, information cards, and building artwork.
Client: GRAD
Project: Logo and Graphics
Photos: Supplied by Greg McKay particlefilmco.com
When friends ask you to help out with a logo, it’s pretty hard to say no. When family asks, it’s impossible!
Luckily enough GRAD (Greg McKay and Adam Noseworthy) are not only friends and family, but also really talented musicians. It was great to work with them on this project.
We aimed for a logo that was both classic and modern with a contemporary twist. The classic looking serif font helps to give a sense of professionalism, while the modern and contemporary look is achieved by breaking the letters and leaving the negative space.
Whether you’re looking for some great tunes to study and work to or you need a new song for your next video project, make sure you check out GRAD.
Client: TRUST+OBEY
Project: Branding and Design
TRUST+OBEY is a passion project in the making!
Over the past few years, my wife and I have had the idea of creating a casual clothing line that represents our faith. This year it started to become a reality.
We created a brand for ourselves which is bold, modern, simple, and understated. We wanted the designs to speak and be the focal point of the company, allowing the opportunity for people to share their faith.
Keep posted, the website and sales are coming soon!
Client: Personal Project
Project: Hymnal Posters
The beautiful poetry and lyrics of hymns have meant a lot to me in recent years.
I wanted to create a set of posters that picked up on various lyrics from some of my favourite hymns and give them a new, fresh, and updated look and feel.
Client: Trusting Accounting
Project: Logo
Trusting Accounting contacted me to help them create a logo and brand for them.
The result is this modern and bright logo. It incorporates a progressive chart index that shows growth, improvement, and projects towards the future. The use of red and blue represent Canadian money and helps to bring life to the logo. It also shows that at the centre of the company is the desire to help customers achieve their best possible outcome. You can also see that within the 'T' and 'A' are two characters representing the company and client, emphasizing the personal touch that Trusting Accounting brings to all its work.

Radiant is a conference designed to encourage women to live brilliantly in the soul-satisfying sufficiency of Jesus Christ in all areas of life.
Held annually, Radiant is attended by around 1,500 women from North America, and even further afield.
It was fun to work on something that embodied beauty, power, and strength. The original graphic was supplemented with merchandise, print materials, signage, and it was used to direct the building of the microsite.
